Job summary

AP Executive is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction group in the Middle East. The role leads the tendering and estimation department, overseeing cost estimation, pricing, and bid submissions for major projects across Saudi Arabia and potentially Qatar.

The candidate will provide technical guidance to a large multidisciplinary team, ensure on-time tender delivery with accurate pricing, and drive high technical standards across civil works and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
• Background with a leading main contractor.
• Proven experience managing large tendering and estimation teams.
• In-depth technical knowledge across civil construction, MEP and quantity surveying.
• Experience working on major, high-value or landmark construction projects.
• Relevant experience in the GCC construction market.

AP Executive is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction group in the Middle East known for delivering large-scale technically complex and landmark projects across the region Our client is seeking an experienced Tendering amp Estimation Manager to take on a key leadership position within its construction business This is an opportunity to lead a well-established multidisciplinary department with the potential to assume overall responsibility for the tendering and estimation function across Saudi Arabia and Qatar

The opportunity

The successful candidate will join an established construction group with a strong track record in major regional projects The position will initially be based in Saudi Arabia with the possibility of relocating to Qatar as part of the group s leadership succession plans
