Job summary

SEVEN in الرياض is seeking an Assistant Manager - Tenant Relation to lead onboarding, ongoing tenant management, and strategic curation within the Food Hall. You will work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and IT to ensure seamless store openings and ongoing tenant success.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, a commercial mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance guest experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in hospitality, food halls, retail leasing, F&B operations, or tenant management.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-operator environments.
• Market & Industry Knowledge in restaurant operations, menus, and kitchen workflows.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with data-driven approach.
• Curious about food trends and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate tenants into the Food Hall, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants to monitor performance and address challenges.
• Develop monthly dashboards tracking revenue, orders, and trends to drive insights.
• Curate a balanced mix of cuisines and concepts aligned with financial goals and brand standards.
• Plan strategic tenant pipeline, onboarding roadmaps, and expansion/replacement programs.
