Job summary

Seven Al Hamra Food Hall is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the full on-site performance of the Food Hall across operations, tenant management, customer experience, safety, and financial delivery. This senior role reports to the TGP Food Hall Director and interfaces with Head Office and tenants to ensure brand standards and commercial objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a senior F&B or hospitality management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-operator environments (food halls, malls or large restaurant groups).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Food Hall operations across front-, back-, and service areas.
• Implement and improve SOPs for all operational areas.
• Coordinate with tenants, service teams and Head Office.
• Act as senior on-site decision-maker for operational matters.
• Drive guest experience and CRM performance.
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, logistics, and safety compliance.
• Manage on-site financial performance and budgeting.
• Lead people development and performance management.
• Track KPIs and report to the Food Hall Director.
• Represent Seven Al Hamra Food Hall in the market.
