Job summary

Seven Al Hamra Food Hall is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the full on-site performance of the Food Hall, including tenant management, customer experience, safety, and financial delivery.

You will report to the TGP Food Hall Director and ensure brand standards and commercial objectives are executed at site level, while interfacing with Head Office functions and tenants to drive world-class hospitality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior F&B or hospitality management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-operator environments (food halls, malls or large restaurant groups).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Food Hall across front-of-house, kitchens, back-of-house, delivery, hosting, cashiering and service areas.
• Implement, manage, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures for all operational areas.
• Coordinate seamlessly between tenants, service teams and Head Office departments.
• Act as the senior on-site decision-maker for all operational matters.
• Ensure a world-class guest experience across all touchpoints and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee CRM system performance, feedback handling, and loyalty data actions.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and Saudi regulatory standards; oversee Food Safety & Quality Coordinator and team.
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, logistics, procurement, and safe, clean, operational readiness.
• Manage tenant onboarding, operations, performance against standards, and strong tenant relationships.
• Execute site-level sales and marketing plans; drive promotions and local initiatives to boost footfall and revenue.
