Job summary

Elm is seeking a Technology Strategy & Innovation Director in Riyadh to define and govern the technology strategy, portfolio, and project management practices. You will align business priorities with investments, lead PMO and innovation enablement, and guide architecture governance to support modernization and growth.

The role reports to executive leadership, oversees strategy, PMO, and architecture functions, and ensures measurable business value through governance, transparency, and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MSc or equivalent) preferred.
• Project, Program & Portfolio Management. ( Preferred)
• TOGAF (Preferred)
• Strategy & Business Management

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development, review, and execution of the strategic technology plan.
• PMO Leadership: Define project, program, and portfolio management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Innovation Management: Establish innovation frameworks, processes, and governance mechanisms.
• Enterprise Architecture Governance: Govern alignment between business strategy and architecture roadmaps.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Lead Strategy, PMO, Innovation, and Architecture teams.
