Job summary

Elm in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead portfolio execution and drive technical readiness of priority products. You will align execution plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams, and remove blockers to achieve on-time launches.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate governance functions and bridge communication between commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting technical due diligence for partners or vendors and managing delivery dependencies through launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.

ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization's perspective.

To lead portfolio execution within Elm and drive the technical readiness of priority products by aligning execution plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, resolving delivery blockers, designing and enabling required integrations, and ensuring completion of necessary testing. The role is responsible for managing delivery dependencies, accelerating product launch readiness, supporting partnership enablement where applicable, and ensuring products progress through a controlled path from execution to operational launch in alignment with Elm's business objectives and governance requirements.

• Blocker Resolution & Delivery Governance
• Maintain and govern portfolio blocker registers across strategic initiatives.
• Ensure each blocker has a clearly assigned owner, target resolution date, and mitigation plan.
• Monitor blocker resolution performance and identify recurring constraints affecting delivery.
• Drive actions that minimize delays and improve execution efficiency.
• Technical Readiness & Integration Management
• Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable, and actionable technical requirements.
• Coordinate integration requirements across platforms, systems, and external partners.
• Manage dependencies related to APIs, access rights, environments, and technical connectivity.
• Ensure technical readiness activities support successful product deployment and launch.
• Lead technical due diligence activities for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions.
• Assess technical feasibility, implementation risks, and operational readiness requirements.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams to secure approvals and decisions.

• Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, and readiness validation activities.
• Ensure identified issues and defects are effectively managed and resolved before launch.
• Confirm operational, technical, and governance requirements are satisfied prior to deployment.
• Support successful product launches through structured readiness assessments.
• Partnership & Incubation Enablement
• Support product incubation activities by coordinating delivery efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate execution of partnership initiatives that support product development and commercialization.
• Contribute to successful MVP development, validation, and scaling efforts.
• Ensure incubated products are prepared for successful transition into operational business units.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates.
