Job summary

Elm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a senior leader to head the Indirect Sales Unit within Government Digital Products Sales. You will develop reseller and partner ecosystems, drive revenue growth through indirect channels, and ensure channel performance and governance.

The role focuses on partner enablement, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams to expand government digital product reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in sales channel management, business development or technology sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT Management, or Information Systems.
• Professional certifications in Sales Management, Channel Management, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Indirect Sales Strategy & Performance: develop and execute the indirect sales strategy and annual sales plans.
• Reseller & Channel Partner Management: develop, manage and expand relationships with resellers, distributors and channel partners.
• Partner Sales Growth & Business Development: identify, qualify and pursue new partner-driven opportunities.
• Presales & Opportunity Management: oversee preparation of technical and financial proposals.
• Commercial Agreements & Contract Management: lead onboarding, renewal and performance management with partners.
• Customer & Partner Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships and address escalations.
