Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Digital & IT Strategy Consultant to join the Strategy and Investment Department. You will act as an IT strategic advisor, identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, and shape investments and partnerships for operating-model transformation and competitive advantage.

You will lead market intelligence, financial modeling, and roadmap design, aligning initiatives with long-term objectives and regulatory requirements, in a high-impact, cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital & IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Digital & IT, Engineering, or Business Administration; PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Digital/IT strategy, advisory, market intelligence, and tech roadmap implementation in large organizations.
• Proven ability to advise executives on tech-driven strategy and to design execution governance and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Saudi Aramco’s Digital & IT strategy with priorities aligned to business goals.
• Translate trends and competitive activity into actionable priorities and capabilities.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for digital/IT investments (cloud, automation).
• Design execution frameworks and monitor progress with KPIs and milestones.
• Perform market intelligence, scenario planning, and regulatory analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate strategy into implementation roadmaps.
• Benchmark best practices and adapt frameworks to Aramco’s context and regulatory environment.
• Lead capability assessments and propose targeted improvements in skills and tech adoption.
