Job summary

Elm Company is seeking a Specialist within Corporate IT Operations to support governance, performance, and compliance across Technology functions in Riyadh. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate governance, and help maintain cost visibility and asset inventories.

You will contribute to planning and budgeting, track licenses and vendor information, and ensure adherence to information security standards. This role emphasizes reporting, governance best practices, and actionable insights for decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, or related field.
• Certifications in IT governance or service management are a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology governance or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology governance frameworks and policies.
• Coordinate governance requirements across tech functions.
• Maintain governance records and track required actions.
• Monitor technology performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support planning, budgeting, and cost tracking for technology.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor management across the lifecycle.
• Ensure software licenses and asset inventories are accurate.
• Support compliance reviews and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Provide governance reporting and insights for decision-making.
• Uphold information security standards and data confidentiality.
