Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company seeks an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a landmark high-rise development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design management and engineering execution, coordinating electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines across sites.

The role requires 15+ years in construction, strong leadership, and familiarity with BIM processes, design coordination, and modern construction technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise tower developments or mega projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) providing centralized technical support to all project sites.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to issuance to site teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the relevant hotel brand's technical and design standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability before construction proceeds.
• Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues.
• Monitor emerging technical risks across projects and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
