Job summary

Asalah Residence Company, a subsidiary of Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of a landmark high-rise development.

The role requires overseeing civil, electrical, mechanical, and architectural works, coordinating senior and junior engineers, interfacing with the Project Director, and ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality while managing manpower and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Membership in a recognized engineering body is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all disciplines on site.
• Manage and coordinate senior and junior engineers to ensure work follows drawings, schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Director and site teams, escalating issues as required.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet the project schedule.
• Monitor progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions for delays.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality/safety teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure formal site inspections are carried out at required construction stages.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of a landmark high-rise development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience in the construction of high-rise towers and large-scale mixed-use or residential developments, with strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural) on site.
• Manage and coordinate the Senior and Junior discipline engineers, ensuring works are executed per approved drawings, schedule, budget, and quality/safety standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Director and the site engineering teams, escalating critical issues and decisions as required.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources across work fronts to meet the project schedule.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions for delays or underperformance.
• Ensure formal site work inspections are carried out at all required construction stages prior to sign-off and progression.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary work sequencing and resolve site-level conflicts between disciplines.
• Oversee direct labor crews and/or subcontractors engaged in construction works, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality/safety teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Report construction progress, risks, and issues to the Project Director on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Membership in a recognized engineering body is desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing mega projects valued at SAR 1 billion+ is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with leading developers or Tier-1 contractors.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly desirable.
