National Oilwell Varco in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Supervisor – Technical Support I to lead the WLF aftermarket team. You will manage RFQs, quotations, POs, parts procurement, and documentation via ERP to ensure accurate records and timely delivery for service and rental equipment.

The role requires strong Excel, data analysis, and customer service skills, with daily site visits and collaboration with workshop and invoicing teams to optimize AR performance.

Formación

• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Experience working with a diverse team and strong customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers daily with prompt responses.
• Process RFQs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with workshop for progress.
• Receive POs, perform contract reviews, and issue OAs for orders in ERP.
• Upload documents to ERP and maintain records.
• Monitor Sales Orders and Work Orders for timely completion.
• Collaborate with Spare Parts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams on delivery status.
• Support invoicing to improve Accounts Receivable performance.
• Attend production and customer meetings to resolve issues.
• Create Work Orders and update rental tracking sheets.
