Job summary

Tenaris is seeking a Business Coordination Analyst in Dammam (Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia) to support RFQ analysis and multi-department coordination. The role covers delivery allocation, cost analysis, and contractual terms, with responsibility for offering and order acceptance processes within TS/Dynamics systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor Degree or Business Administration.
• Less than 2y experience in any similar positon, or PM.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preliminary strategic analysis for a RFQ and launches several processes.
• Analyses information from other departments and proposes a pricing strategy.
• Registers offers in TS transactional systems (Dynamics) and manages updates.
• Performs Contract Review and resolves inconsistencies upon order reception.
• Manages Order Acceptance process and seeks necessary authorizations.
