Job summary

NOV in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supervisor – Technical Support I to lead the WLF aftermarket team. You will handle customer inquiries through to invoicing, coordinate RFQs, quotations, POs, and parts procurement, and ensure accurate records and timely delivery for service and rental equipment.

You will work closely with the technical team, workshop, and invoicing to improve AR performance, manage WOs/SOs, and support inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WLF aftermarket team handling customer inquiries through to invoicing.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, POs, parts procurement, and documentation.
• Ensure records accuracy and timely delivery for service and rental equipment.
• Communicate with customers daily, provide prompt responses.
• Receive RFQs, prepare rental and service quotations, follow up with workshop.
• Process POs, perform contract reviews, issue OAs for orders.
• Upload documents to ERP and maintain shared-drive filing.
• Create Work Orders and notify shop team; link costs to WO and SO.
• Close completed WOs and dispatch in system for invoicing.
• Monitor SOs and WOs for timely completion and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts, Logistics, and Warehouse on availability.
• Participate in spare parts forecasting and strategic planning.
• Work with technical team to meet specs; attend meetings and provide updates.
• Support invoicing in collections and AR improvement.
• Review dispatched OAs not yet invoiced and ensure timely billing.
• Conduct regular customer visits for feedback and opportunities.
• Optimize inventory via open WOs related to S&OP; review reports with planning.
• Manage rental jobs from receipt to final invoicing and delivery.
• Coordinate with quality team to prepare required certifications.
• Create Kit WOs for service and rental; create PRs as needed.
• Update Parts status in OMEGA (buy or make).
• Cover for other managers when needed and add value to business objectives.
• Adhere to QHSE policies and procedures.
