Job summary

ASAS ALJOOD General Contracting Company, located in Jubail Industrial City, seeks a technically skilled Sales Engineer to support growth across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting rotating equipment, engineering solutions, aftermarket services, and maintenance capabilities, with travel across the country.

The candidate will apply a strong Mechanical Engineering background to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and build long‑term relationships with industrial clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP certification preferred.
• OEM training certificates related to rotating equipment preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical engineering experience related to rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within rotating equipment sector.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell rotating equipment solutions across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers.
• Visit customers, understand technical requirements, and propose equipment solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product discussions, and meetings with clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Review specifications, datasheets, and requirements to ensure proper selection of equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Support complete sales process from opportunity identification to order follow-up.
