Job summary

Euro Systems in Riyadh is seeking a customer-focused Technical Sales Executive for our Architectural Products Showroom. You will assist architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients in selecting products and presenting technical solutions, while driving showroom sales.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in showroom or technical sales of architectural products, with strong knowledge of building materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of technical sales or showroom sales experience in architectural or interior products.
• Strong knowledge of architectural building materials and interior finishes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret project specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural products and technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and product presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Keep the showroom well-organized and ensure products are displayed professionally.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
