A leading Real Estate/Mall Management Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Architect to oversee architectural activities and develop efficient frameworks for construction projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 1 year of experience in architectural engineering. This position is open to Filipino nationals currently based in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading Real Estate/ Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Architect to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

To oversee all architectural activities in order to develop the most efficient architectural and engineering frameworks for construction of unified projects, and to support other departments inquiries for engineering drawings.

Reporting to: Director – Design & Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing site layout according to Company’s specifications and operations requirements.
• Manage and lead the development of Three Dimensional (3D) Proposals.
• Prepare new layouts against the scope of work for new or existing projects.
• Review all Architectural and Design Drawings submitted by consultants, contractors in addition to reviewing and verifying the contractors shop drawings.
• Prepare leasing drawings and proposals requested to support leasing function.
• Prepare areas schedules for projects including leasing, built up as services.
• Prepare Unit Notes for projects under in cooperation with Senior Architect and designers.
• Enhancement of site development design for any new site development layout requested.
• To execute any task related to architecture assigned by the management.

PERFORMANCE MEASURE

• Timely completion of works as per the project plan and feasibility
• Leasing and business development tasks completion

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
