Job summary

Fortinet, a global leader in network security solutions, seeks a Technical Account Manager in Saudi Arabia to serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers. You will understand customer business and technical needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide optimization of return on investment.

You will troubleshoot a full range of Fortinet products, reproduce customer environments in lab setups, and propose new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with 6+ years in technical support/post‑sales
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
• Fortinet certifications are a distinct advantage
• Experience with telco or large enterprise customers preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer business and technical needs to provide guidance
• Proactively advise customers with best practices and technical recommendations
• Run advanced troubleshooting across Fortinet products and environments
• Own customer incidents to drive timely resolutions and maintain communication until close
• Produce service reports for key stakeholders and follow up on issues with R&D
