Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager for our enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary technical advisor, understanding the customer’s business and technical needs to deliver tailored support solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
Fluency in English and Arabic essential.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer’s business and technical needs to provide guidance and support.
Act as trusted advisor with proactive recommendations and best practices.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across Fortinet product portfolio.
Replicate customer environments in lab and suggest new solutions.
Own and drive customer incidents to timely resolution and manage communications until closure.
Participate in customer conference calls or meetings and produce service reports.
