Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end IT hardware, software, cloud services, and IT services procurement. You will drive cost-effective sourcing, vendor management, and governance compliance across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of technology procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of optimizing software licenses, renewals, and cloud consumption within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in technology procurement or IT vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management and sourcing best practices.
• Experience procuring software, hardware, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, telecom and IT services.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations and supplier selection.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with strategic technology vendors and monitor SLA/KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, spend analysis, reporting, and market benchmarking.
