Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain with healthcare experience to lead supplier risk management and the establishment of governance for procurement activities across clinical, technology, facilities and enabling functions.

The role focuses on developing category strategies, ensuring compliant sourcing, and driving value through optimization of vendor performance and supply-chain processes to support startup-scale operations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in procurement and supply-chain management, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) and/or a Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience within healthcare, construction/facilities, or large project/startup environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement plan aligned with startup priorities, activation milestones and budget.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and competitive evaluation processes with fairness and auditability.
• Negotiate and structure contracts, service agreements and framework arrangements; maintain contract register.
