Job summary

Al Qadisiyah in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, drive cost optimisations and governance across the organisation.

You will develop strategy, manage supplier contracts, and mentor the procurement team while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver value and risk controls. The role covers sourcing, contracting, supplier performance and P2P processes with a focus on compliance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Supply Chain or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g. CIPS) required.
• Minimum of 7 years experience including leadership roles.
• Experience in fast-growing or complex organisations; sport industry desirable.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with organisational goals and cost optimisation targets.
• Design and enforce procurement policies, procedures and approval frameworks.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes including tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Establish and maintain a structured supplier management framework and manage key contracts.
• Partner with department heads to plan and manage procurement needs and provide guidance to non-procurement staff.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop procurement dashboards and KPI reporting for senior management.
