Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a skilled procurement professional to develop and execute category strategies within its growth-focused operations in Saudi Arabia. You will drive spend analyses, market assessments, and supplier relationships to unlock cost savings and value creation across categories.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure governance compliance while delivering clear dashboards and reports that track savings and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost‑saving and value creation opportunities
• Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed
• Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management
• Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.
