Job summary

Busma Advanced is seeking an executive technical support professional to assist the Tech Lead in building and maintaining client websites and e-commerce stores. You will perform daily development and testing tasks with high quality, under guidance, and help document technical work.

Responsibilities include setting up Zid and Salla stores, conducting QA before launches, monitoring post-launch issues, and preparing delivery files for clients.

Provide executive technical support to the Tech Lead in developing and maintaining websites and e-commerce stores, executing daily development and testing tasks at a high-quality standard under the Tech Lead's guidance.

• Execute technical tasks assigned by the Tech Lead with precision and quality
• Actively participate in developing and maintaining client websites
• Support setup and configuration of e-commerce stores on Zid and Salla platforms
• Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) testing before website and store launches
• Monitor and fix post-launch technical bugs and report to the Tech Lead
• Document technical projects and maintain code files in an organized manner
• Assist in preparing technical reports and delivery files for clients
