Maaden seeks a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions to translate business needs into scalable, integrated technical solutions. You will bridge business priorities and enterprise technology capabilities, guiding multidisciplinary teams through design, implementation, and operations to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable outcomes.

You will drive architectural governance, reusable patterns, and alignment with enterprise standards while mentoring teams and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical or management discipline is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical solution design, digital delivery, engineering, applications, analytics, data, or related technology environments.
• Proven experience leading solution design activities and guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end technical solutions that align business objectives, operational requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
• Define scalable architectures, integration patterns, data flows, interfaces, deployment approaches, and non-functional requirements.
• Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and transition into operations.
