Job summary

JODAYN in Riyadh invites a motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to join the HR team under the Tamheer Program. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain the ATS, and support employer branding and recruitment initiatives while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
