Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate communications and databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track metrics.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction.
• Provide administrative support to HR and recruitment team.
