Job summary

Diaverum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support recruitment within Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the administrative backbone of recruitment, ensuring candidate records are accurate, interview logistics run smoothly, and data is compliant across local and overseas pipelines.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR.
• Attention to detail in handling data and records.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Screening, credentialing, logistics coordination and data management support.
• Conduct reference and credentialing checks for candidate verification.
• Coordinate travel and onboarding for overseas hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS.
