Diaverum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh for a fixed-term 6-month contract. This on-site role supports screening, credentialing, logistics, and data management across local and overseas pipelines.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely, compliant hiring. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong data handling and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Support screening and credentialing activities for candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Assist onboarding for hires and monitor progress and documentation.
• Support logistics for local and overseas hires where applicable.
