Job summary

McDonald's Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support strategic staffing plans across Operations and Head Office. You will source, screen, and hire for multiple functions while managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

This role requires 5–8+ years of experience, strong HR process knowledge, and a track record of high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing, build talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5-8+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing HR data, reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes including onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee administration.

About the Role

Responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic staffing plans across Operations and Head Office functions. The role includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Working closely with stakeholders to meet workforce needs and build talent pipelines is a key responsibility. Ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing recruitment reporting and insights are key parts of the role.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for Operations and Head Office functions, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, job boards, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, recruitment agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and budget utilization, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, labor regulations, and company standards throughout the hiring process.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience
• Experience managing HR data, reporting, system integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, payroll, and employee administration.
• Strong understanding of data governance, system security, and compliance requirements.
• Project management experience is preferred.
