Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior BI & Analytics Leader to design data strategies and drive insights across clinical and operational domains.

The role requires extensive experience with BI tools, data warehousing, and healthcare data, plus strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate with IT and clinical teams, develop KPIs, and present findings to executives to shape strategic decisions.

Skills And Abilities

• Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including clinical, operational, and financial metrics, with familiarity in EHR systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support, in a similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
