Job summary

Dar Al Hekma University is seeking a recruitment-and-admissions professional to act as the primary liaison between schools, partner companies and the university. You will plan events, manage the recruitment calendar, and oversee the Student Ambassador Program while converting inquiries into applications.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain data on outreach activities, and prepare informative materials for prospective students and education agents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field as stated.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, student recruitment, high school counseling, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Good Arabic/English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication link between schools, partner companies, and the university.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan activities, events, and logistics.
• Manage recruitment activity calendar and attend events like school visits and exhibitions.
• Plan and participate in all recruitment initiatives and lead student programs.
• Convert inquiries into applications and enrollments, tracking progress against targets.
• Prepare and update recruitment materials, respond to inquiries from agents and applicants.
• Maintain knowledge of qualifications, education systems, credentials, credits and regulations.
