Job summary

Baas International Group seeks an experienced Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator in Jeddah to drive student recruitment, manage university partnerships, and convert inquiries into applications. You will coordinate events, maintain calendars, and develop marketing materials to support enrollment targets.

Responsibilities include representing the university at education fairs, building relationships with agents and students, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link between schools, partner companies, and the university.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan activities, events, and required logistics.
• Manage and maintain the recruitment activity calendar.
• Represent the university at marketing and recruitment events, including school visits, open days, exhibitions, and education fairs.
• Manage the Student Ambassador Program and allocate inquiries to the internal team.
• Collect and analyze data from recruitment activities and convert leads into applications and enrollments.
• Prepare and update recruitment and marketing materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Respond to inquiries from education agents and direct applicants; provide information packs to prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of international qualifications, education systems, and regulatory requirements.
