Job summary

Aldenham Prep Riyadh is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to own the full recruitment cycle and foster a compliant, people-centred working environment. You will lead onboarding, engage with leadership, and manage relationships with candidates and staff.

Based at Aldenham Prep Riyadh, the role requires strong communication, safeguarding commitment, and the ability to coordinate complex visa and compliance processes in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Preferred CIPD/SHRM or equivalent HR certification; Safer Recruitment training.
• 3–5 years HR experience with strong recruitment focus.
• Experience in international schools or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administration, and support staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and workforce planning with leadership.
• Ensure Safer Recruitment and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support employee relations.
• Deliver induction programs for new staff.
