Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
• Specialized professional courses in tendering and procurement management are considered an added advantage.
• Experience in managing and monitoring government and private tenders and competitions.
• Experience using the Etimad platform is a basic requirement.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and track government and private tenders and competitions.
• Prepare executive summaries for competitions, including scope, requirements, and deadlines.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical and financial bids with relevant departments.
• Verify that bids and documents comply with tender documents and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain an integrated tender database and generate periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, technical, and administrative requirements.
