Job summary

Based in Al Khobar, you will review Invitations, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals for timely submission.

You will collect pricing and data, align proposals with strategy and client specs, and support procurement planning tied to awarded tenders.

Qualifications

• Strong tender management skills with RFQ/RFP experience.
• Analytical review of technical specifications, cost breakdowns and risks.
• Effective coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
