Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting seeks a seasoned Tendering and Estimation professional to join its team in Riyadh. You will lead cost estimation, bid preparation, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure, buildings, and transmission pipeline projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering and brings 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong contract review, pricing analysis, and negotiation abilities to secure competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in tendering and estimation within contracting and construction.
• Strong experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development for Infrastructure Works, Buildings construction, and Transmission pipelines projects.
• Good knowledge in reviewing contracts, tender documents, BOQs take off and technical specifications for preparing competitive proposals.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and full knowledge of market pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation, bid preparation, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure, buildings, and pipelines projects.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals to secure competitive tenders.
• Review contracts and tender documents to ensure compliant, competitive submissions.
