• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in tendering and estimation in contracting and construction.
• Strong ability in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and proposal development.
• Experience with infrastructure works, buildings construction, and transmission pipelines projects.
• Good knowledge in reviewing contracts, tender documents, BOQs take off and technical specifications for preparing competitive proposals.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and full knowledge of market pricing.
