Role Description

The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for projects in infrastructure, construction, energy, and industrial sectors. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tender invitations, analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and preparing compliant, competitive technical and commercial proposals. The role involves collecting and verifying pricing and technical data, aligning proposals with company strategy and client specifications, and ensuring timely submission of tender documents. The Tendering Specialist will also support procurement planning linked to awarded tenders, maintain tender documentation and databases, and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes and templates. Collaboration with sales, operations, and logistics teams is essential to ensure that bids reflect realistic delivery commitments and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Strong tender management skills, including experience handling RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bids.
• Solid analytical skills to review technical specifications, cost breakdowns, and risk factors.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency in proposal writing, with the ability to produce clear, structured technical and commercial submissions.
• Understanding of procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and price negotiations related to project materials and equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in tendering or commercial roles within construction, energy, industrial, or power solutions sectors is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with tender management or ERP systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
