Job summary

CLOUDSUFI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for client services in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees all client interfaces within the project scope, driving execution with a focus on people, process, and structure, and partnering with customer stakeholders to deliver on KPIs such as GM, NPS, and ESAT.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT and a track record of delivering multi-million USD programs in the Middle East, with strong cloud-native, GCP, and Agile capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with a focus on digital transformations and Industry 4.0.
• Experience delivering digital transformation programs for mid-large organizations with data, AI, IoT, robotics, and GenAI.
• Hands-on experience with open-source development and cloud-native technologies, especially GCP.
• Delivery experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present to senior client leadership.
• Delivered programs larger than USD 2 million annually and grown accounts through delivery excellence.
• Customer-centric approach with strong understanding of customer needs.
• Experience building large teams and transitioning from onsite/other vendors.
• Hands-on Agile project management with SCRUM ceremonies and velocity tracking.
• Knowledge of SAFE framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery assurance with fulfillment of commitments.
• Identify technical/operational challenges and mitigate risks.
• Adhere to development processes, templates, and tools of CLOUDSUFI and clients.
• Collaborate with other teams and provide task estimations for proposals.
• Contribute to knowledge repositories, reusable templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Assign tasks, track deliverables, and remove blockers.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Evaluate risks and manage project delivery.
• Create delivery best practices and audit processes.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Participate in organizational development activities and events.
• Work with large customers in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrate strong written communication and presentation skills.
