Job summary

UXBERT Labs in Saudi Arabia's GCC region seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. Drive governance, reporting, and multi-vendor delivery while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), PMP certification, and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, CX, Product, Technology, Data, AI, and PMO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.
• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• MBA or equivalent (preferred).
• Big 4 consulting experience or equivalent international firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Establish and maintain program governance and executive reporting frameworks.
• Maintain risk registers, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, CX, Product, Technology, Data, AI, PMO and external vendors.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams.
• Continuously improve PMO practices and delivery frameworks.
