Qualifications

• 15+ years of program/project management experience in IT or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs.
• Mandatory experience in managing custom platform development / Agile projects.
• Strong experience in pure Agile delivery environments (no ERP dependency).
• Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional teams.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical transformation stream focused on custom-built, agile-driven digital platform development.This role requires a strong delivery leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale cloud and digital transformation programs, specifically in pure-play Agile environments with custom platform development. The individual will own a key program stream, driving execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program / Stream Leadership

• Lead one or more transformation streams within a large enterprise program.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through execution and stabilization.

Custom Platform Delivery

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of custom-built applications and platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and product teams.

Agile Program Management

• Drive Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies across distributed teams.
• Ensure effective sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and continuous delivery.

Digital & Cloud Transformation

• Lead large-scale cloud-native and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, microservices architecture).

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders, including client leadership and program sponsors.
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and enable informed decision‑making.

Governance & Reporting

• Establish and manage governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalations.

Risk & Financial Management

• Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in program/project management within IT or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs.
• Mandatory experience in managing custom platform development / custom-built Agile projects.
• Strong experience working in pure Agile delivery environments (no ERP dependency).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑vendor and cross‑functional teams.

Domain Experience:

• Government / Public Sector projects (strongly preferred)
