Saipem is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in Saudi Arabia to drive strategic recruitment for global energy projects. You will lead internal recruitment and sourcing teams, partner with project leaders, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while aligning hiring budgets with business goals.

You will design local talent strategies, monitor market salary trends, and contribute to employer branding. Occasional international travel for project support is possible.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years recruiting experience in Oil & Gas.
• 2–3 years direct leadership/management.
• Arabic and English languages.

Mansioni

• Strategic Planning: forecast hiring needs and design roadmaps.
• Team Leadership: manage and mentor recruitment teams.
• Partner with project management and leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and ensure local labor law compliance.
• Design local talent strategies (Saudization, In-Country Value).
• Monitor market trends and adjust hiring and compensation benchmarks.
• Elevate employer branding through recruitment marketing and events.
