Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Senior SAP PMGM and SPCDP Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT with a minimum of 5 years in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management and must be certified in this area.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, and effective communication with clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management is a MUST.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
