Job description

We are looking for a seasoned management senior consultant to join our client's consulting team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing business and delivering projects in a high-quality manner for high-profile clients. He/she will provide insights to our clients to help in improving their organizations and developing and optimizing their talents.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate and attend client meetings to source business opportunities
2. Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
3. Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business
4. Present findings to clients in a concise and clear manner
5. Identify opportunities for improved processes
6. Contribute to the creation of deliverables
7. Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development
8. Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results
9. Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings, and quality assure the results
10. Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to client

Qualifications

1. A master's degree or CiPD or equivalent qualification in management such as PMP
2. 10 years of experience, of which at least five years in consulting service in a reputed firm
3. He/she must have exposure in at least two disciplines (strategy articulation, OD, Reward, Process Improvement, etc.)
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
6. Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written)
