Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager, Risk & Crisis Communications to safeguard the organization's reputation across The Red Sea, AMAALA and other destinations. You will lead risk assessments, develop crisis playbooks, and coordinate cross-department responses with senior leaders.

The role requires 5–7 years in risk/crisis comms, fluency in English and Arabic, and a proven track record in high-stakes messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in risk and crisis communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Linguistic, Translation, Journalist, or related field.
• Excellent English and Arabic writing skills for high-profile executives.
• Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing risk assessments across projects considering geopolitical, economic, environmental, and reputational factors.
• Identify and prioritize key risks affecting the programs.
• Monitor emerging issues through industry sources and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure risk monitoring aligns with enterprise risk priorities.
