Job summary

Adree is seeking a highly organized Resource Management Specialist to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across delivery streams.

This role serves as the central hub connecting HR/Talent Acquisition, Delivery Lead/Project Managers, and Executive Leadership to ensure optimal utilization of human capital and seamless project delivery across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with resource management, utilization tracking, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of software development roles, tech stacks, and Agile workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and PPM software.

Responsibilities

• Allocate technical personnel across projects based on skills and priorities.
• Forecast resource needs in collaboration with PMs and BD teams.
• Monitor utilization and bench time; upskill non-billable staff.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Resolve staffing conflicts and scheduling dependencies.
• Provide real-time dashboards on availability, roll-offs, and utilization.
