Responsibilities

• Strategic governance across multiple programs to align with client goals.
• Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, architecture, QA) for cohesive delivery.
• Plan resources and budgets; manage risks and dependencies at program level.
• Oversee scope changes and ensure quality across SDLC.
• Drive process improvements in project management and delivery workflows.
