Job summary

Adree is seeking a highly organized Resource Management Specialist to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across all delivery streams. This role connects HR/Talent Acquisition, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and Executive Leadership to ensure optimal utilization of human capital and seamless project delivery in multiple client engagements.

You will balance staffing needs with employee skills, monitor bench and utilization, and drive upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–6 years of resource management or operations experience.
Strong knowledge of resource management principles, utilization tracking, and capacity modeling.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel; familiarity with Float/Kantata/Smartsheet is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Assign, schedule, and allocate personnel across active projects based on skills and priorities.
Analyze pipeline demands to predict future resource needs and mitigate staffing bottlenecks.
Monitor utilization and bench time, and upskill or align non-billable staff.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
Resolve staffing conflicts and overlapping project timelines across teams.
Maintain real-time dashboards on availability, roll-offs, skill inventories, and utilization.
Track employee skills and career aspirations to align assignments with growth.
