Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. is seeking a skilled workforce planning professional to forecast staffing needs and partner with departments to translate strategy into manpower plans.

You will design recruitment strategies, monitor utilization, and propose proactive solutions to optimize budgets and timelines. The role demands a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in workforce planning or related analytics, and proficiency with planning software such as Anaplan, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience in industries with complex staffing requirements (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, technology).
• Proficiency in workforce planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
